Founder & CEO
With over 30 years of experience in the credit reporting industry, Joy Huska-Kite has built her career by stepping in where others step back, especially when deals are stuck and the stakes are high. She’s known for asking the right questions, cutting through confusion and helping move qualified borrowers forward when the path isn’t clear.
Her knowledge of credit runs deep. From hands-on credit analysis to behind-the-scenes work on scorecard development for credit scoring models, she understands the system at a level few ever reach. More importantly, that expertise shows up when it matters most. When a loan hits a wall, excuses aren’t part of the process. The focus is on finding answers and solutions.
Just as important is a passion for teaching. Credit is complex, but it doesn’t have to be. Whether working with loan officers, lenders, or consumers, the goal is always the same: help people understand credit better so they can make smarter decisions and succeed long term.
