Payments can be made via ACH, credit card or check upon request. Partners can customize billing to fit their needs, including pay-as-you-go, daily or monthly options. Billing can be configured so the company covers all costs, specific users or selected products only. Charges can also be separated by user or department, or set up so borrowers pay upfront through a secure payment link for applicable products.
You can send borrowers your personalized SmartPay link, allowing them to securely enter their information for the credit pull and submit payment. Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with the borrower’s name and credit report file number. If you access the file number and no report appears, the payment may have been flagged or declined. In that case, the borrower can retry using a your link, which will generate a new file number or you can manually enter the payment information to complete the order.

Most balances and payments on revolving lines can be verified through an automated system, to do this we need complete account numbers. Visa and Mastercard are 16 digits and American Express is 15 digits, while other credit cards may vary.
Unfortunately no, some creditors don't report to the bureaus, utilize automated systems or provide phone verifications. There are also companies who will not verify to a third party per their company policy and we do not have a way around those restrictions.

Tradeline supplements don’t change a credit score. Any permanent updates need to be made directly with the credit bureaus. Changes we make only apply to that specific credit report and won’t carry over to future reports. If a new report is pulled, the changes would need to be requested again.
Not all tradelines include/provide trended data such as authorized user accounts or accounts that have less than six months of payment history. Other accounts that may not show trended data are collections, medical collections, public records or bankruptcies.
